# Original requirements audit — local release 6.1.0

Audited 17 October 2026 (Asia/Dubai) against HRMS_Codex_Master_Development_Prompt.docx. ORIGINAL_REQUIREMENTS.json retains all 81 paragraphs and the source SHA-256. All 67 substantive paragraphs are mapped below; headings are context. Document instructions are distinguished from the current user request: preserve the simple WampServer installation, InnoDB and no cloud/Cloudflare setup.

## Result and scope

The six planned phases have implementations. This audit closed the concrete local software gaps listed below and retained earlier security/business controls. The working application has 85 InnoDB tables, 12 applied migrations, the original accounts/MFA and no synthetic business records. zentrikhrms/root/blank password and http://127.0.0.1:8000/login remain the local setup.

A row marked Implemented means there is source functionality and representative tests, not that every possible customer policy or external service is certified. Original production choices are explicitly distinguished from the user's local adaptation. Independent human UAT/security review and actual bank policy/format validation remain legitimate reviewer inputs. Optional cloud/public-domain/provider activation is outside this requested local setup. Full Arabic translation and optional PWA push/SMS/WhatsApp delivery adapters are not claimed.

Native service, real encrypted recovery and isolated schema rollback/re-upgrade checks passed. Composer/npm audits reported zero vulnerabilities. Source packaging excludes runtime credentials, private keys, uploaded data, databases, dependency directories and raw test logs.

## External/manual boundaries kept explicit

- No public DNS/ACME/Cloudflare/cloud/provider account was configured. Optional integration source and controlled security tests do not constitute a live destination deployment.
- WampServer remains PHP/MySQL 8.3 locally; installing MySQL 8.4 is not silently forced onto the existing setup. Production Compose/CI keep their original 8.4 target.
- Business leave/payroll/driver/depreciation policies, actual WPS bank/agent approval and a human acceptance review require the operator's real inputs. No synthetic sign-off is inserted.
- Independent penetration testing and destination capacity certification have not been performed. Dependency audits, code review and automated tests are the actual engineering evidence delivered here.
- Current Windows antivirus definitions and the installed English OCR language are OS capabilities. If unavailable, publication/extraction fails closed rather than bypassing the controls. DPAPI recovery requires the original/recoverable Windows identity and matching application key.

## Implementation and primary references

The audit changes are in the local documents/scanning services, LocalMaintenance, PersonalFilters, CustomFields, RoleDashboard, ModuleHistory, controllers/views, two additive migrations, launcher and tests. The native integrations follow Microsoft's [Defender command-line scan contract](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-endpoint/command-line-arguments-microsoft-defender-antivirus), [official OCR sample](https://github.com/Microsoft/Windows-universal-samples/blob/main/Samples/OCR/cs/OcrFileImage.xaml.cs) and [PDF rendering API](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/api/windows.data.pdf.pdfpage.rendertostreamasync). Actual local fixtures validate the implementation; no customer HR content or issuer private key appears in this report.
