Full MySQL acceptance: 227 passed, 891 assertions, 266.83 seconds.
Full SQLite acceptance: 226 passed, 1 MySQL-engine check skipped, 804 assertions, 182.27 seconds.
Full Playwright browser acceptance: 9 passed, including desktop/mobile custom fields/filters/module history, and all earlier phases.
Native Windows service tests: 4 passed. Actual signed Defender benign scan + harmless standard antivirus test-pattern block; actual offline PNG/PDF OCR; fail-closed diagnostics.
Audit-specific regressions: 27 cases including required custom-field CSV/hiring, encrypted failed-input privacy, branch form/event applicability, disabled recipients, 10,001-row export and records beyond former UI limits.
Production Vite build, Blade compilation, Pint formatting check and Composer validation: passed.
Composer locked audit: zero advisories/abandoned packages. npm audit: zero vulnerabilities.
Working login, /up and /ready: HTTP 200. Local launcher/automatic maintenance: verified.
Working schema: 85 InnoDB tables, application session InnoDB, 12 applied migrations.
Original credentials/MFA and general queued-job payloads compared with encrypted pre-audit snapshot: unchanged.
No synthetic business records inserted in working database; no outgoing email/webhook/general queue workers started.
Actual encrypted recovery: 85 InnoDB tables with matching source row counts.
Actual local document pipeline in isolated recovery database: DPAPI encrypted upload -> signed Defender -> offline OCR -> human metadata verification -> authenticated download.
Actual fixture recovery: encrypted file, MFA secret/recovery codes and encrypted custom values authenticated/decrypted with real keys.
Two audit migrations down/up on a new disposable database: 85 -> 83 -> 85 tables, counts preserved, all InnoDB. Working database was never rolled back.
Local read-load fixture: 40 requests, concurrency 4, 500 employees, zero failures, p50 360.04ms, p95 473.47ms. No production capacity certification.
Source requirements audit: all 67 substantive paragraphs mapped; 14 headings contextual; source document SHA-256 retained.

Current local runtime is preserved; optional production images/ACME/public DNS/providers are not activated. No cloud or Cloudflare configuration was introduced. Independent penetration testing, operator UAT/business policies and actual bank/agent validation are not fabricated sign-offs.
