# Six phase delivery backlog

Status: All six phases have implementations following user approval. Phase 6 preserves the requested simple local setup with no Cloudflare/domain/cloud activation. Optional destination-specific production services, independent UAT/security and external deployment gates remain documented in PHASE_6_UAT_CHECKLIST.md.

1. Foundation: scaffold and infrastructure; schema and threat model; tenant provisioning and plans; module dependencies and subscriptions; organizational units and effective history; positions, headcount and reporting; roles and scoped permissions; secure login and confirmed MFA; dashboards, search, audit, settings inheritance; workflow/event/outbox foundation; isolation, authentication, migration and role tests.
2. Employees and compliance: employee master and 360; dependants, contracts, IDs and import; encrypted private vault and quarantine scanning; document versions, OCR verification, legal holds and retention; expiry/renewal rules and timezone scheduling; notifications and delivery management. Gate: IDOR, malware, encryption/tamper, renewal and timezone tests.
3. Recruitment and lifecycle: manpower approvals, ATS, career page, interviews and offers; candidate-to-hire; onboarding and probation; effective career changes; reviews, competencies, training and succession; exit and clearance. Gate: lifecycle and authorization tests.
4. HR operations: shifts, attendance and regularization; leave accrual and approvals; configurable salary components and transactional payroll; benefits, final settlement and validated jurisdiction adapters; employee self-service/PWA. Gate: reconciliations, effective dates, balances and authorization.
5. Assets and fleet: registers and custody; maintenance, verification and depreciation; vehicles, eligible drivers, servicing, incidents and costs; lifecycle clearance integration; visual workflow builder, forms, SLAs, analytics and exports. Gate: custody, driver eligibility, maintenance and cross-domain tests.
6. Production: branding and verified custom domains/TLS; dedicated/on-premise installer and signed offline licences; API/webhooks/SSO; observability, security review, load tests, encrypted backups and restore drills; UAT and upgrade/rollback packaging. Gate: fresh deploy, domain isolation, offline licence, restore and regression tests.

Phase 1 does not claim completion of the future modules, offline signature verification, document cryptography, or payroll compliance. Future module entitlements are catalogued but cannot activate unavailable routes.

## Local requirements audit — 6.1.0

The original document has six phases. The subsequent user-authorized audit maps all 67 substantive requirement paragraphs and closes local scanning/OCR, maintenance, custom-field entry points, private filters, role cards, branch/module/history, workflow/notification and record-limit gaps. See REQUIREMENTS_AUDIT.md and LOCAL_AUDIT_TEST_RESULTS.txt. Optional external activation and independent business/security acceptance remain explicit boundaries; no Phase 7 was invented.
